Orders under £20 - Delivery £3.99 by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked

Cut-off point for orders daily is 1.30pm.
Orders are NOT fulfilled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Any orders that arrive after the cut-off point on Friday will be fulfilled on the next available working day

(1) £20 is the order total after any discounts have been taken.

(2) We may split your order into two deliveries, this won't affect the delivery rate you pay - this usually happens when buying 6kg/15kg bags of food with treats.

(3) All 6kg and 15kg food deliveries are made separately to the rest of your order by either Royal Mail or DPD's 48hour service.

eg If you order a 6kg bag of delicious Angus Beef dog food and 2 bags of Grain Free Poultry treats - you'll get two separate deliveries.

(4) We take full responsibility for all missing items. If you order and nothing has arrived within 2 weeks please let us know and we'll chase up with the couriers then organise a refund or replacement whichever you prefer.
