How to start a return or refund

Please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the order
• A quick note about the issue
• A photo if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Returns are handled by post.

Please contact us before posting anything back so we can confirm the correct return instructions.

For opened products, please contact us first. We’ll review the issue under our Sniff & Love Guarantee and confirm the best next step.

Return cost

Returns are free.

If we ask you to return something, we’ll cover the return postage. Please contact us before posting anything back so we can give you the correct instructions.

Refunds

Once your refund is agreed, we’ll refund the original payment method.

If we ask you to return an item, we’ll process the refund after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been posted back.

Refunds are usually processed promptly, but bank processing times may vary.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll sort it.

Please include a photo if you can. It helps us fix the problem faster and lets us give the packing goblins a stern talking-to.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind about an unopened product, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

We’ll confirm the next steps by email.

Opened dog treats

Because our products are dog treats, opened products are handled under our Sniff & Love Guarantee rather than treated like a normal unopened return.

If your dog doesn’t love them, or if there’s a genuine problem with the product, contact us and we’ll review it fairly.
