Most training treats on the shelf contain 15-25 ingredients, including things like "animal derivatives" - a catch-all term that can mean literally any animal part, and can change from batch to batch. You'd never know what you were feeding your dog.

There are roughly 800 treats in a 500g bag. Each one is about 1.5cm long and 2.4 calories. Small enough that you can use them all day without worrying about overfeeding. Big enough that your dog knows they've had something worth working for.

Feeding guide:
Feed anytime as a treat or reward. Suitable for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes (though very young puppies without their adult teeth may struggle with the crunch). Make sure your dog has access to clean, fresh water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Are grain-free treats better for dogs with allergies? Grain is one of the most common causes of allergic reactions in dogs, often showing up as itching, scratching or digestive problems. Our treats contain no wheat, corn, rice or gluten, making them suitable for dogs with grain sensitivities. If your dog has a specific protein allergy, our fish treats are a good alternative.

How many treats can I give my dog a day? Each treat is about 2.4 calories and 1.5cm long. Most owners use them freely during training sessions without any overfeeding issues. As a rough guide, treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily calories. A 10kg dog on roughly 400 calories a day could have 15-20 of these without concern.

These little nibbles have transformed our training walks. Terrific training treats

We've been thrilled to bits with these training treats and especially their ingredients. Our new arrival from PPBC Barney came with a packet of them, so we've carried on. Expensive when you have 4 GSD'S BUT DOGS LOVE THEM

As above but they are small so go along way. The ingredients look good and the dogs seem to love them, was baking own treats but time consuming, quite expensive when you have 4 large dogs . But then everything is expensive with them
