Agent HQ Supply Drop Competition Rules

1) Promoter

This competition is run by Bounce & Bella.

2) How to enter

To enter the Agent HQ Supply Drop:

1. Join the Agent HQ Facebook group.
2. Find the official Agent HQ Supply Drop competition post.
3. Comment on that post with your dog’s name and a photo of your dog.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

3) Entry cost

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

4) Prize

One winner will receive:

3 standard retail packs of Bounce & Bella Beef, Sweet Potato & Apple Sausages.

UK postage is included.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

5) Opening and closing dates

The competition opens at Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 10am

The competition closes at Wednesday 23 September 2026 at 10am

Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

6) How the winner is chosen

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.

Bounce & Bella will use a random selection process and will keep a record of the draw.

7) Winner announcement

The winner will be contacted through Facebook after the competition closes.

Bounce & Bella may also publish the winner’s first name and/or Facebook display name when announcing the result.

8) Claiming the prize

The winner must respond to Bounce & Bella within 7 days of being contacted.

The winner will be asked to provide a UK postal address privately so the prize can be delivered.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Bounce & Bella may select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9) Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Entrants must be members of the Agent HQ Facebook group when they enter.

Employees of Bounce & Bella and anyone directly involved in running the competition may not enter.

10) Dog photographs

You must have the right to post any photograph submitted as part of your entry.

Entering this competition does not automatically give Bounce & Bella permission to use your photograph in advertising or other promotional material.

If Bounce & Bella would like to use your photograph separately, permission will be requested.

11) Fair use

Bounce & Bella reserves the right to remove invalid, duplicate, automated, abusive, fraudulent or suspicious entries.

12) Facebook disclaimer

This competition is run by Bounce & Bella and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

13) Privacy

Personal information will only be used to administer the competition and deliver the prize.

Bounce & Bella may amend, pause or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
