However… we are just Andy, Darren and Lucy working together on Bounce and Bella so if you contact us outside normal working hours you might not get a reply until we get back to work.

Christmas Opening Contact

If you need to contact us with an issue over the period, we’ll get back to you on the next working day.
Which means if you contact us on the 24th, there may not be a response until the 29th.

Christmas Opening Deliveries

Order by Tuesday 16th December for the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas.
(the last day deliveries could arrive before Xmas is Friday 19th Dec but we cannot guarantee)

We're open with a skeleton crew throughout Christmas and New Year except for the weekends and Bank Holidays:

If you have a subscription that falls on any of the non-working days it will be dispatched on the next working day.
